The Wine Cellar and Bistro has changed their menu with the season, and it couldn't be more beautiful! These new dishes not only feature locally grown ingredients, they also have the lovely colors of fall we are seeing right now in Mid-Missouri. Organic local mushrooms, olive oil & parsley whipped potatoes, GP garlic, cashews, toasted fennel seed, sage, braised greens. Butternut Spätzle & Cream Corn
Local butternut squash spätzle, creamed corn sauce, local cream ale, roasted squash & turnips, GP tarragon & chervil.
Beet & Pickled Tomato Salad
Local roasted beets, pickled GP green tomatoes, smoked figs, Pizzicato cheese, rosé wine, ginger & clove vinaigrette, herb & spice pecans.
Sweet Potato & Squash Bisque
Local sweet potatoes, GP heirloom rampicante squash, coconut milk, cinnamon-chimayo apples.
