How many sports and/or hobbies can we fit into your senior portrait session you ask? All of them! Braden is a very active senior has played multiple sports throughout his high school career. It was very important that we create portraits to showcase the sports that have helped shape his high school career. In chatting with his mom before the session we made a list of places and things that should be incorporated into the shoot to make it perfect. Our list included: Swimming, Cross Country, Hunting, Lacrosse, the family farm, and his dog Mocha.
We headed out the Braden's family farm after we finished the sports portraits in the studio, and the downtown images. Their farm is absolutely beautiful! Rolling hills, tons of trees, a pond, and of course they have hundreds of special memories there. When we shoot at locations like this that have a special meaning for your family, it adds layers of sentiment to your seniors pictures. I loved hearing all of the memories that went along with each location we shot at. Like the one where the four wheeler was wrecked in the pond, or how Braden was so familiar with the cows that they'd eat from his hand, or how he spends many weekends on the farm hunting. Those memories add so much to these portraits. When they see these hanging in their home, they'll think of Papa's barn and all the times they shared there, all the lessons they learned. They'll think of family, and love, and good times.
The best thing about having lots of sports and interests and having your senior photos done with us is that we want to make it the perfect session for you. We are able to give you that session because we can shoot multiple sports right in the studio. This makes it so easy for our seniors to get all of the images they want, because we save so much time on traveling between locations! It also means that no matter if it is 105 degrees out, or 40 degrees, you get to have your session in the perfect climate at the studio!
